IMPORTANT Terms Update
 

Homes to be photographed must be in photo ready condition.  Photographer will adjust minor items such as shades and lights but staging must be complete prior to arrival.  Payment terms are net 30 days.  Invoice will be provided upon photo download and at 30 days post photoshoot and due upon receipt.
